EXPLANATION:

A furnace is used for representing a large heating material. In Goa, these furnaces are playing a major role in preparing the loaves of bread and other bakery related items like delicacies. They preferred age old furnaces rather than new furnaces for baking the items.  

These old furnaces have undergone lots of tests done by the quality of the baked product that have been sent. Similar to bread, Bols are major part in marriages and other family parties. For Christmas, bolin has and cakes are the most important one in all festivals like Christmas. Thus its presence in baker’s village is very essential.
