Why was the period between 1793 to 1794 is known as reign of terror

Hello friend this is your answer..

It is called so because during that period Robespierre was ruling and he was somehow ruling in the way the dictator does . all those who were against him and were acting against his orders were Guillotine. this was the machine created by Dr Gullotine. This machine directly slaughtered people. But this finally came to an end when Robespirre was Gullotined himself the same way he used to punish people..
