Answer:

Electromagnetic forces are responsible for regular chemical bonds, there every chemical compound would dissolve. That's how life would cease to exist.

Answer:if the electromagnetic force is not available. Then u cant do things properly.

Explanation:

Since electromagnetic forces are responsible for regular chemical bonds, every chemical compound would dissolve. All life and all ordinary objects would cease to exist. I think your question would call on electrons and protons to cease to exist, since these particles are associated with the electromagnetic force. So you'd be talking about a universe that only consisted of neutrons and no regular elements at all. Everything would be invisible, because light IS electromagnetism.

But let's pretend (since we are pretending) that you suppressed electromagnetism somehow while still preserving the existence of electrons and protons. Would the nuclei of atoms grow larger? I would think nuclei would become SMALLER, compressed under the strong nuclear force without electromagnetic resistance.

But this is a hard question to answer--our universe is just so dependent on electromagnetism. I don't really know.
