Why we feel pain when hair are pulled but not when cut class7?

Here is your answer,
During pulling of hair the root of the part of hair attached to the head outer skin is pushed it forced to leave it's stablised or attachtment part. We don't get pain when we cut out hair because the scissors which cuts out hair use to act only on the part above root. ................................................................................
