why we say that in equilibrium rate of reverse direction are equal but concentration of product and reactant may or may not be equal why so explain concept briefly in 2-3 lines I don't want Encyclopaedia of it aur Wikipedia copy paste I want to the point answer otherwise han​

Reversible reactions that happen in a closed system eventually reach equilibrium. At equilibrium, the concentrations of reactants and products do not change. But the forward and reverse reactions have not stopped - they are still going on, and at the same rate as each other.
