Railway station is a particular place where train comes and stops . station consists of one or more than one platforms each platform has its own platform number and the train arrives here.different train come at this platform at different times Railway is a very interesting mode of transport and communication between two places it lessens the time of travel for a traveller.The largest railway station in India is Howrah junction and the busiest is Sealdah Junction both are situated in the eastern state of West Bengal.

A train starts from a particular station and through its whole journey to its destination to a particular station it stops in different Railway platforms . The railway platform is a cemented base where the passengers get down .
