Obviously, body will weigh less in the air as compared to the vacuum.
It is because when body is in the air, the buoyant force exerted on the objects (body) reduces its weight.
On the other hand, when it is weigh in the vacuum there will be slight increase in the body weight.
However, it is negligible.
