Q) What is Cell?

Answer) Cell is a unit of our body or we can say that a small compartment in a large structure such as a honey-comb in which all organelles present inside it with cytoplasm.

Q) What is Cell Organelles?

Answer) An organelle is a specialized sub-unit within a cell that has a specific function and it's either separately enclosed within their own lipid bilayers (also called membrane-bound organelles) or are spatially distinct functional units without a surrounding lipid bilayer (non-membrane bound organelles).

Let's us see that which organelles affects cell or does not affect in it's existence or absence:-

As we know, all the cell organelles, so let's talk about it:

Nucleus:

Nucleus is one of the main part of cell because without this the cell would have no command or DNA. Although, some of the cells does not have nucleus but only those do need them they won't survive longer. If needed cell do not have nucleus then they wouldn't have no protein for repair and growth and would not have messenger RNA reaching ribosomes.

Mitochondria:

It is called as the Power house of the cell, so, if it will absent in any cell then they would unable to repair, hence, the cell wouldn't last longer or died.

Cell Membrane:

Without Cell Membrane, cell would just expand, and become a lifeless mass floating around. As well as the obvious implications on the cell's form, it would also harm it's ability to regulate chemicals entering it, so it would just fill up with stuff it doesn't want, and lose stuff it wanted. And the cell wouldn't last longer.

Cell Wall:

Usually, many cells don't have a cell wall, but those that do have one has it for a reason - usually to keep the cell's strength and shape. If this organelle disappeared, I don't think the cell would die, but if it was, for example, a plant cell, the plant that the cells make up would lose its stature if all of its cells lost their cell wall.

Ribosomes:

A cell could function without these, if it had an external source of protein synthesis. However, a cell with ribosomes probably won't have this, so if they were removed it would have no source of growth and repair. Hence, the cell would die.

Cytoplasm:

Cytoplasm also plays an important role in functioning of a cell body. If it suddenly disappeared, then the innards of the cell would essentially be a vacuum, bar possibly a few resources floating such as amino acids and proteins. The cell would most likely shrivel up, like if you removed all the water from it, but to a greater extent. Everything inside it would be damaged, and then it'd have no place to carry out chemical reactions and the cell would die.

Chloroplasts:

Chloroplast contains chlorophyll to photosynthesise. However, plant cells could probably survive without them, on an individual basis, but the plant would end up dying due to a lack of glucose if all of its cells had no chloroplasts. And the cell wouldn't survive longer.

Vacuole:

Vacuole stores food (cell sap, in plant cells) for the cell, and without it the cell wouldn't have enough glucose and other resources to last through difficult seasons. Therefore, whilst the cell may well survive, it may not last through the year. And also it keeps the cell's shape, to some extent, and depending on the size of the vacuole, its disappearance could result in physical damage of cell.

Golgi Apparatus:

Golgi organizes the movement of lipids and proteins throughout the cell, so without these organelles the lipids and fats would float around uselessly, meaning the cell would probably die due to a lack of protein pretty soon.

THEREFORE, IT HAS BEEN PROVED THAT CELL WOULDN'T EXIST IF ANY OF IT'S ORGANELLES WILL BE ABSENT.
