Women were represented as warriors as well as workers:


1) Women were seen holding rifle in one hand and hammer in other hand

2) All women, whether young or old were depicted as fighting and working for their country in selfless manner.

3) Women were urged to join the war as casualties increased in the war.

4) They started constructing underground rooms, tunnels , treated the injured.

5) They build six airstrips, they even neutralized tens of thousands bombs,tens of thousands cargo,food,weapons were transported by them.

6) Among the youth who worked along the Ho Chi Minh Trail 70 to 80 percent were women.
