Given mixture is sand , NH4Cl and salt
First we should do sublimation process as NH4Cl undergoes sublimation. ( turns into gas directly from solid state)

Next remaining mixture mix it with water .
By sedimentation and decantation we can remove sand and remaining mixture salt solution can be separated by EVAPORATION or distillation.

Explanation:

The first sep to separate the mixture of ammonium chloride, salt and sand is the process of sublimation, in which the NH4Cl, being a sublime substance, it vaporises. After that pour the remaining mixture of salt and sand in a flask, add water in it and heat it the mixture. The salt will be dissolved in water and sand will remain the flask. Left the water till it settles down. Then separate sand and water by the process of filtration. Thus, how the sand is separated. Finally, the solution (containing salt) is boiled the till it evaporates completely. when the water is evaporated completely the salt will remain suspended in the flask (evaporation). Hence, the mixture is separated.
