On 2nd February 2019, I had placed an order on your order no. 000678 to be delivered to the sector Chandigarh, Sector 20.I regret to state that I have not yet received the book I ordered. Instead, I have received a wrong book set. For this reason, I am highly disappointed.

To close the issue, I,  hereby requesting you to replace the book which was originally ordered at the earliest. Please let me know by e-mail the action you are going to take in this regard. I am looking forward to the action you are going to take. Enclosed please find the scanned copy of the transaction document.
