Gentleman : Sir, we are suffering from acute scarcity of water for the last three weeks. We met the officer of your PHE department but in vain.
Chairman : Yes I know. The deep tubewell has gone out of order and water level has gone down due to drought. We are trying our best to repair the deep tube well. Hope it will be fine within two or three days.
Gentleman : Can't make substitute arrangement by this time. The municipal tank is not being maintained well. People are forced to drink impure water. Many are suffering from water borne diseases.
Chairman : I have talked to the chairman of our neighbouring municipality. He will help us by supplying drinking water in his tanks. I'm trying to ensure two buckets of water per house. It will be done from today evening.
Gentleman : Sir, men are taking bath in dirty pond water, only one pond in your area and suffering from skin diseases.
Chairman : I have asked the officers of PHE to disinfect the pond. Besides, in each ward old tube wells will be sunk and a few new tube wells will be sunk in 48 hrs. i have taken up the matter on war footing.
Gentleman : Sir, expedite the projects that you have taken up to save our souls.
Chairman : It will be done soon.
Gentleman : Thank you sir.

Sub : Complaining about unnotified load shedding.
Sir,
With due respect, I, the undersigned want to inform you about the unnotified load shedding occurring several times a day in our locality (3/2K E block) under your service. The locals are compelled to plunge in darkness for hours together. The students cannot prepare their lessons, the doctors cannot attend their patients and the aged people suffocate for suspention of fans accident occur. In a word, total human activity becomes suspended under severe load shedding.
In this circumstances, I would like to request you to take proper measures to remove it and thereby restore normal life of the public.
