This letter is to inform you that we the customers of NABT Namibian Bus and Taxi Association .

We are facing a problem due to the attitude of your taxi drivers. They are behaving rudely with the customers. They are not following any safety rules and they are arguing with the customers. Please appointment some new taxi drivers and also take action on this. We are suggesting that the taxi driver should not once again repeat this.

Hope you will take action on this and maintain your quick and quality rides.
