Through the columns of your esteemed daily I venture to view my point regarding the curse of illiteracy still impending on our society.
Post seventy years of independence, we still couldn't achieve cent percent literacy rate.
In fact we are far beyond that. Especially the scenario of rural India is the worst.
Therefore I would ask the non-Government organizations to work hand in hand with the Government to eradicate the curse of illiteracy from our society.
Hope my letter finds a space in your daily and stir the concerned authority regarding the issue .
