Subject - Complaint regarding damaged product
I, Ashok, placed an order with your company through your website but have received a faulty product. Product number 3774 was order on 03 January 2020.
The pipe was broken and though I did complain to the customer support team, no action was taken. I request you to either replace the item or provide me with a refund for the same. I have attached an invoice along with the receipt and a copy of my chat with the support team. I hope you look into this as soon as possible. Looking forward to our reply.
