Sir,

This is in regards to crude language and refusal to cooperate by a parking attendant named Vishal Singh.

While parking the car UP 78 4040, at the middle basement at 3:00 PM, we kept searching for a place to park the car and in spite of repeatedly asking the attendant, he continued conversing on his mobile and on threatening of complaint, he used foul words with us.

Please kindly look into the matter immediately else we shall be forced to take the matter to citizen rights department and lodge a formal complaint against him.

My name is V Ramesh Rao and I have been a regular customer at your shopping mall since the last 10 years. I absolutely love the products and other facilities in your shopping mall.

But recently a rude parking attendant mishaved with me and my family members which forced me to write this letter of complaint. He refused to allow us parking space without giving any valid reason. His language was harsh and he made fun of my old mother.

I request you to take strict action against this parking attendant.
