I, the resident of Twin towers is writing you a letter to complaint about the irregular water supply in my city.
This problem has aroused 2 weeks ago when a new building was constructed. Due to it the water supply has been partioned. We used to get 3 hours water in the morning and 3 hours in the evening which is now changed to just half hour.
