To

Director BSES,

New Delhi.

Subject: Complain against frequent load shedding.

Sir,

I humbly beg to inform you that several complaints relating to frequent power cut was given to the electricity department but nothing has been done and Greater Kailash areas continue to face frequent load shedding not only for hours but even days. Due to this, the people of this locality are facing much hardship. It is also very unprofessional and callous that no reason for the load shedding was intimated to the residents till date

Further, both parents and their children are very concerned with the frequent power cut as the annual final exams has commenced.

It must also be noted that it is the common and poor people who suffer the most during load shedding because they cannot afford to buy solar panels or generators.

I therefore request you and the power department to look into the matter immediately and restore uninterrupted supply of power to this affected area at the earliest.

Yours sincerely,

NIRMALA
