Respected Sir,
[Subject :- Complaining about the frequent breakdown of electricity]
Hello sir. I'm xxxx (your name) from above mentioned locality. Here we people (public) are suffering a lot from this frequent breakdown of electricity. As this is a modern world, Electricity is most and needed thing for every individual's house. Without electricity nothing can be done. I mean maximum homemakers suffer to prepare food without electricity. It's quite easy to sustain without electricity in morning and noon time but very tough to live without electricity in night time because the street lights would also shut down so that it so difficult for the drivers to move in the dark road and also in evening time many children go outside and play so it is dangerous for them to play in dark road. No one knows what happens, No one knows what insects would enter into the houses. And all are afraid of such kinda things. So I request you to publish about this issue in your newspaper so that the higher officials would take some necessary measures to reduce the breakdowns/shut downs of electricity in our locality. Hope you would publish and expose about this issue.
Thanking you
Yours sincerely,

Subject: Frequent load shedding in Durga Bihar Colony.
Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed national newspaper, I would like to express my concern on the crisis of frequent load shedding in Durga Bihar Colony.
In spite of lodging several complaints with the power department, nothing has been done and the locality of Durga Bihar Colony continue to face frequent load shedding for the last three weeks. Due to this the people are facing much hardship. Both parents and their children are upset with the frequent power which disturbs their daily study hours.
Long and frequent power cut increased crimes and criminal action. It must also be noted that it is the common and poor groups of people who suffer the most during load shedding because they cannot afford to buy generators.
I therefore request the Municipal Corporation, Delhi and the authorities to look into the matter immediately and restore uninterrupted supply of power to this locality at the earliest.
Yours sincerely,
Nee
