Dear Sir,

             Hope this letter finds you well. I am XYZ and I am living at ABC locality. I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the condition of hospitals in your locality. Herein hospitals, there is a poor management of staffs and patient. Condition of cleanliness is also very poor. The doctors are not available at required time. Due to absence of doctors and required staff, tests have to done outside of hospital and also the quality of food is not good.
