Respected Sir ,

Through the column of your esteemed newspaper, I xyz would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards the misbehaviour of auto rickshaw drivers in the city.

They often charge extra for luggage and at times refuse to ride the passengers to a particular area of the city fearing traffic jams. They make people pool the auto-rickshaw and charge equal amounts from the two passengers individually. This way they make double the amount than what they are legally entitled to.
