Sub= Discussion on the colossal wastage of food in Indian wedding ceremony.

Respected sir/mam,

I am a resident of Shivaji Nagar and has been living here since 15 years ago.Sir I'm writing this letter to share my observations and suggestions on the wastage of food during the wedding ceremony. In India wedding are very bright events in every person involved and celebrate with rituals with great joy.India mainly know for the wedding because in Indian wedding ceremony our cultures play an important role. Now days weddings in India taking on a high level either it's belongs to a rich family or middle class family in both the wedding takes place in a modern style. In India winter season is known for wedding seasons. In this season maximum number of marriages took place. In India wedding is an important part of life's of any person because in Indian culture on marriage it is said that is not only the person who get married but also the two families who are now become the relatives of each other.

India comes at the second place in terms of population after China. So we all know that India is a big country in which maximum number of people are living. So number of persons during the wedding ceremony including the bride or groom, salon, beauty parlour and great dinner are must needed. And hence the wedding markets in India rises up to approximately Rs.150000 crores per year.

So we all have attended the wedding and several parties at different places but out of us how many people has realized about the wastage of food during the function and ceremonies Maximum number of people are used to throw the foods in Dustin because they were not able to finish that. But how many times we have noticed that the poor kids who don't have to eat they search in Dustin in the hope that something will get in garbage's dustbin to eat.Really this is a very emotional and bad problem which still are happening in our country.

By the survey of many news reporters it has considered that the maximum number of wastage of food are founded in the wedding ceremony. In the wedding ceremony people used to take all the items of food which are present there.
And after taking as much as possible they eat at least one fourth parts of the plates and remaining food goes into the dustbin. This process are going continues and all people are observing this but nobody nothing take action against this So in my opinion before the person going to take the food in their plates first decide what they want to eat and how much they need to eat and if they don't understand that how much they will take that is sufficient for them then they can you spoon.First take a spoonful dish to taste instead of filling your plates this will helps in maintaining the wastage of food.

And one more and important thing which the organisers needs to store in their minds that invite those people who are able to attend your wedding ceremony or parties and make confirm that they should come and according to the attending the event plan for the food. This will helps to reduce the wastage of food. And after the ends of the ceremony or parties the left foods should be shared or given to the neighbors and nearby poor people or should be sent to the orphanage in this way the food will shared and the problems of wastage in wedding ceremony or parties should be avoided.
I request to you please share this information amongst the people because awareness about the wastage of food should be essential to everybody because the problems are gaining day by day and hence precautions are very important.I hope you will take it seriously and lead this action ahead.

Thanking you!

Your faithfully

Respected sir,

Subject : The colossal wastage of food in Indian weddings.

I am a student living in (sector, city). I am writing this letter to express my views on unneccessary wastage of food in Indian weddings.

India is a country with wide and weird cultures. As I proud of them, i am also having concern on various facts which is a result of this varied culture. In India, marriage ceremonies are lavish and lot of money has been spending on it. Besides the fact that this lavish celebrations are a major cause of poverty in India, i am feeling bad by knowing the fact that huge loads of food are simply wasted in marriage functions of India.

A huge number of Indians spent a lot of Money on ceremonial functions of marriage. Some may consider this as a culture, but, its actually a unnecessary wastage of resources. People in India even spend thier life savings for Wedding ceremonies. And bad fact of all is, the majority of money is simply wasted.

It is indeed a shocking fact that In india, the wedding markets are approximately Rs.150000 crores, probably more than any other countries even though the poverty rate of India is still high. With a high rate of poverty, still, Indians are wasting money on traditional functions such as a marriage unnecessarily.

It's Indeed a responsibility of guests coming to marriage functions, not yo waste food unnecessarily. Taking Food only according to thier appetite is a simple and effective measure to follow. But, it's not practically done yet. People simply waste food even though they are not in need of that.

The guests who are invited to wedding functuons can Take spoonfull of each dish to taste, instead of filling the plate with every dish. So that , huge loads of wastage of food can be avoided to an extent. These may be a good measure to reduce unwanted wastage of food.

So, this traditional wedding parties are a major cause of poverty and wastage of food in India. But, it's a social and cultural ceremony. Some persons can't avoid it. So, better avoid the bad side of the grand wedding functions. Avoid wastage to maximum. This can be done by every guests who arrive at wedding functions. They can adopt simple measures that would make a very big Change .

Hope you like it. And I hope you will leave a column of your prestigious newspaper to make people aware of this issue.
