[SUB- Burning of crackers and noise pollution]

Respected sir,

This is to bring your attention to the increasing noise pollution due to the festival of Diwali. Although Supreme court has issued 8PM - 10 PM timing for burning crackers that causes permissible noise and air pollution, but no one seems to be obeying the judgement.

It has been more than 24 hours, not only crackers but dangerous elements like chocolate bomb, shell are being burnt causing excessive noise pollution.

This is occuring in the Ward 24, of Malhar road area. There are many aged citizens at our complex facing dangerous threats on their health due to this increasing noise pollution which is continuing till midnight.

I request you to kindly publish this in your newspaper and make people more aware and responsible about this cause.

Thanking you,

Riya Sharma,

Subject: Complaint about increasing noise pollution

Dear Sir,

Hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to bring your attention regarding noise pollution owing to Diwali festival. Continuous bursting of crackers is creating a very irritating environment. Students are specially disturbed by this situation. People have no care of other. They are not obeying Supreme Court’s order. The Supreme court allowed only two hours for bursting of crackers but people are continuously bursting it by 24 hours. Please have a look on this situation.

 That's very kind of you.
