Dear Editor:          Nowadays employment is a very serious issue and people who are well qualified are not getting suitable jobs. If people are getting jobs then either the pay is not suitable or according to the qualifications the designation is very low. Due to this many deserving people are still unemployed and deserving talent is going to waste. Unemployment then leads to crime and other social problems. institutions must keep a fair policy and give jobs and pays according to the skills and academic qualifications a person has therefore ensuring that unemployment does not spread in the society. I request the concerned institutions to take this issue seriously and help prevent this social issue in the upcoming future.

I want to talk about that there is unemployment in your area so much . people who are educated are not getting jobs because we are from this area and so many people are deserving are not getting jobs they are higher educated and they also have so many degrees they are able to do job .

Because we are from this area we are not getting jobs and we are deserving a good job . we are educated and also had a good knowledge in so many area of business. I also take degree from higher institutions and I need a job but a I am not getting I am not the only one there are so many people in this town who are not getting.

So I request to the concerned institutions to take this seriously and take strict action to the jobs .
