Dear Sir,
The villagers of 'Wadgaon' village have organized the 'Clenliness Campaign' from 16th September,2021 to 22nd September, 2021. The people of our village except you and staff to join in this campaign and co-operate with us wholeheartedly.
We have advised all the people to always us dustbins for garbage and keep our village clean. We have warned them not to spilt on the roads and walls. They should use toilets everyday and not to litter fields and places with dirt.
Sir, we expect you to insist on the villagers to follow the rules of cleanliness and punish to offenders who break the rules. We hope you will provide us with necessary materials and equipment during the cleanliness week. Also provide us with saplings for planting more trees to keep the surrounding clean, pleasant and fresh.
Kindly join us and co-operate with us so that the villagers of Wadgaon village can affirm their faith in our civic authority and their governance.
