        Sub: Complaint regarding raising health issues due to unhygienic  

                   atmosphere in our area.

        I am resident of xxxxx area under your municipality. From the recent past, in our area garbage cleaning and drainage cleaning is not being carried out regularly due to which many health problems are coming. Many people are suffering with infections like viral fever, denque fever etc.

        In this connection, it is request to please advise concern to take necessary action to clear garbage and clean drainage at the earliest to avoid foul smell and to get rid from these health problems.
