I came an article regarding the steady decline in our city tourism revenue in you esteemed newspaper dated 2nd July. In this regard, I would like to point out the dismal state of all approach roads, erratic train and air service of our city.
For any place that attractive to the tourists, accessibility plays a crucial role of late the city authorities have also been neglecting the upkeep of its lodge, guest houses and hostels. A clean, well-maintained and affordable place to stay is the most essential part of tourism. Lastly, a clean and beautiful city with its spec and span tourist attraction became more attracted to a tourist. By paying attention to these problems, I am sure wonders can be done to increase the tourist revenue of our city.

As we all know, Tourism is one of the biggest and fastest growing industries globally, and it affects the economic, socio- cultural environmental and educational resources of nations. Improving the tourism industry in India would thus, lead to national development in many spheres. It will positively affect economy which includes the growth and development of various industries directly linked with a healthy tourism industry such as transportation , accommodation , wildlife , arts and entertainment.
If tourism is improved then it will also lead to the creation of new job opportunities. Also, more funds will be generated from foreign exchange , investments, payment of goods and services will also be produced.Within our country, improvement will be seen in the standard of the living of the locals in most visited tourist destinations like Delhi, Rajasthan , Agra.
