Sir, I want to apologise for that I am not attending school on 20th - 23rd December 2013 due to a high fever and convulsions. I called the school secretary Mrs. Sunshine on the 20th and advised I have a high fever and possible may have to go to the doctors.  

we visited Dr Josef and he advised the me to be in bed, please find the attached  certificate from dr josef clinic.  

Please can I ask if I can take the test as it is important to me and I want to achieve good grades.
