I am writing this letter to request you please change my classroom seat to the front. As I am sitting in the back, I am unable to see the black board because of my eyesight problem. Due to my eyesight problem I am unable to keep up with what is written on the board and note anything down from the black board. I am not able to perform well in class too.
My doctor has also advised me to sit in front and nearer to the black board. Therefore, considering my eyesight problem, I humbly request you to please place me in the front seat

To the respected class teacher,

This is Shivani Roy, Roll number- W2, belonging to your class. I am writing this letter to convey my appeal to change my class seat to the first row.

I have been diagnosed with major eye power and have to opt for specs for clear eyesight. Doctors have strictly recommended to not stress the eyes under any circumstances. I think transferring my seat to the front will help me in this situation. My poor eyesight will not sustain me to comprehend the notes written on the board.

Kindly acknowledge my request and implement the needful changes. I will be grateful if my seat is transferred with an immediate effect.
