Your cheery letter of just to hand and I am happy to learn that you, mother and sister are quite well.
But today I am writing this letter for some other reason. I have written this letter to seek your permission to go for a college trip to kerala. Yesterday our principal sir informed us that they will be taking the students of H.S. 2nd Year to Kerala for excursion. They are going to take us there on 31/12/17 so they asked the students who are interested to go there to submit their names to him on or before 25/12/17. So I just want to seek your permission of going there. I ensure you that this will not hamper in my studies.
