Dear Grandma
I hope you are keeping fit and doing well as usual. I know how particular you are about your food habits. This is what keeps you hale and hearty even at this age. You will be glad to know that I have also decided to make some dietary changes.
I am planning to stop eating deep fried food items and fast food. I will also not binge on snacks in between meal times. Also, after listening to a speech on millets, I have decided to include them in my diet at least twice a week.
As you know, for the past six months, I have been slightly on the obese side. I am finding it difficult to walk continuously for more than half an hour because of this. Quite often, I also feel tired very soon. I am sure that a change of diet will help me. This is why I am planning to get started with the above changes from next Monday. I know you will be happy for me. That is why I thought I will let you know.
