                                     ENGLISH IS JUST A LANGUAGE!

<> There are more than 6909 languages in the world and the most spoken languages are French, Greman, Englsih and etc.. when we go across the oceans to an other country it a bit difficult for us to communicate but we do respect our national language... 

<> In India and many other countries like U.S people are not judged by their abilities and talents instead they are disrespected for not knowing their language ( most probably english ). We must know to respect every countrys language even if we know it or not.. 

<> People should be given their jobs, rights and respect on the basis of their talents and abilities and not judging them how fluent their english is! communication skills are important but only till when the person is able to express his views properly to others clearly. Confidence is equally important in one because they must be ready to express what they wish to say in any language!

<> It never matters if a student studies in an english medium school or any other! but the thing that matters the most is that is the student learning what is thought and getting the concepts right.. they should not be judged by what language they speak and by their accent.. !! 

<> Let people be judged by their behavior and manners rather than if they know a certain language or not!
 Thus, ENGLISH NOR ANY OTHER LANGUAGE IS NOT IMPORTANT UNLESS YOU RESPECT YOUR NATIONAL LANGUAGE AND OTHER COUNTRYS TOO...

Hi!

''English is just a language"
Yes, it is. Though we say that English is a universal language, there are many other languages that exist in this world. Take for example, there is French, African , Arabian , Persian, Urdu, Bangla and Hindi. There also exists many regional languages in India such as Bengali, Malayalam, Telugu,Tamil,Kannada etc. Like this, English is also a language. Then, why is English given such an important but not these regional languages? This is because, people around the world understand English. But our mother tongues also play an important role in our lives as they help us to communicate with the people like us and also teach us the importance of learning a language. Our mother tongues are the first language we learn to speak. Also, we find ourselves comfortable when speaking that language. Yes, there is no doubt that we can adopt English to speak to other people across the world but we must never forget our mother tongues and should respect them. This not only protects the language but also promotes language diversity and helps to keep our multi-cultural world united inspite of language barriers. This is my opinion.
