13th June, 2020: The long awaited moment for the residents of Vasant Vihar has finally come alive with the inauguration of the theme park for children on 10th of June ,2020. The new theme park was donated by the Chief Minister's fund for urban development. The inauguration event was celebrated by the residents of Vasant Vihar and neighbouring societies along with the Chief Minister of Delhi.
Children of all ages and parents thronged in the newly inaugurated park to have fun and spend quality time with their families. The Director of the theme park announced that the park would open six days a week from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. He further said that more facilities would be installed very soon.
