Directive Principles :

* The directive principle helps the court in determining the constitutional validity of law . the supreme court has ruled many times that in determining the constitution of the any law , if a court the laws in consider such law to be reasonable in relation article 14 and 19 thus ave such law from unconstitutionality

These provision, contained in part four the constitution of India, are not enforceable by any court, but the principal  laid down therein are considered fundamental in the governance of the country making it the duty of state to apply these principal in making laws to establish a just society in the country

The directive principal of states policy are guidelines to the central and state governments of India, to be kept in min d while framing laws of policies.principal are non - justifiable in nature, they are not legally enforceable by the courts for the courts their violation.
