A sex determination is a biologicalsystem that determines the development of sexual characteristics in an organism. Most organism that create their offspring using sexual reproduction have two sexes

A woman is not responsible for the birth of specific gender. It is the type of sperm either X or Y Which fertilizes the egg determine it's gender.

Sex determination is the process by which a bay's sex is determined before its birth. It has been declared illegal in India as there some people discriminate in favour of one particular sex, mostly male, and try to kill the baby inside the mother by convincing them to do abortion or some other methods, or kill them after they have been born.

Women shouldn't be held responsible for the birth of a male or female child as the father is the one who determines the sex of his baby. In the XY sex-determination system, the female-provided ovum contributes an X chromosome and the male-provided sperm contributes either an X chromosome or a Y chromosome, resulting in female (XX) or male (XY) offspring, respectively. Hormone levels in the male parent affect the sex ratio of sperm in humans.
