Answer:

Temporaryly appoint a guard at the gate with instruction to not to allow parking at entrance. You should have an un obstructed access to you premises even if parking is out side. Hence, put up a notice to that effect near the gate. Call RTO in case some one tries to disobey and get the vehicle towed away.
