The above one is the correct one but the only change you need to make is that you should not use 'I,me,my' in the notice.

For example, you should write,

'A 1000 rs. note was found on the ground yesterday.It is deposited at the principal mam's desk'

Instead of 'I found a 1000 rs. note on the ground yesterday.'
