A country is said to be developed when it has low number of infant mortality rate(IMR),high net attendance ratio and high literacy rate.No matters that a countries per capita income is high or low(Average income).Per capita income is the total income of the country divided by total population of the country.We can take example of Kerala and punjab.Per capita income of kerala is 1,03,500approx lower than punjab bit kerala is developed because it has high literacy rate and high net attendance ratio and low infant mortality rate(IMR).
