Hi ,

-2/3 = ( -2 × 5 ) / ( 3 × 5 ) = -10/15

-1 /5 = ( -1 × 3 ) / ( 5 × 3 ) = -3/15

The numbers greater than -3/15 and

Less than ( - 10/15 ) are does not

lie between given numbers.

Example : ( -2/15 ) , (-11/15 )

I hope this helps you.
