Well, I am so glad you asked.

Working for someone you admire can make everyday interactions difficult.I, too, have been fortunate to have a couple of really good bosses.The common trait across all of them seems to be their ability and willingness to adapt their style to that of their team.

My first real boss was an attorney. He hired me soon after I passed my law Bar exam. This guy was SMART as a whip and could come up with the most creative arguments ever. He was simply brilliant. He had a vast knowledge of the law and its applicability. He often included me in his big cases, and he tasked me with important parts. He truly believed in me and my capabilities. He did the same with other young attorneys, but I was often the one he had in his cases.

I admire him as he was  workaholic and generous.
