hi... just before we start think that you are the audience, I am a stdnt, who gives speech on stray dogs. OK?

respected teachers, principals, deans & my dear frnds. good morning.

we all know that stray dogs are very harmful for us. they only attack when they are threatened, but sometimes humans don't know the difference between stray and normal dogs. so I, Nila Chandra, request you all to please stay a distance from the dog and then observe if it is stray or normal. if it is stray, and the dog gets threatened by you, the dog chases you, when that happens, don't run or the stray dog will get more speed to chase you out.
