What you sow so, you reap!
Once there lived two crows in a large tree trunk. The female crow used to lay eggs in its nest and used to go out in search of food along with the male crow. They used to get puzzled because the eggs laid were never there. The crows decided to catch the culprit.
Next time, when the crow laid the egg, both the crows went far away and watched. A snake which was hiding in a hole of the same tree, came out, went on top of the tree and swallowed the eggs. The mother crow was heart-broken. The father crow decided to teach the snake a lesson.
One day when the father crow was flying alone in search of food, it saw the prince removing his ornaments to take bath in the pond. An idea struck immediately, it flew at a high speed and steals the ring of the prince. It flew at a great speed and when it neared the tree, it lowered itself to the bottom of the tree and dropped the ring in front of the hole where the snake was residing. As the snake was sleeping, it didn’t notice.
The father crow told the story to the mother crow. They both waited eagerly. The guards of the prince found the ring at the entrance of the tree hole. They also found the snake; they immediately killed the snake because they were afraid that it would bite them. They gave the ring to the prince and got awarded for their deed.
