There are 3 isotopes for hydrogen

1H1 ,1H2 ,1H3

First one i.e. 1H1 has a proton and an electron only

Second one i.e. 1H2 has a proton an electron and a neutron

Third one i.e. 1H3 has a proton an electron and 2 neutrons

These are the 3 isotopes of hydrogen

Hope this helps
