As the frog was jealous of the nightingale's growing popularity, he became very jealous of her. He had only aim that is to make the nightingale unfit for singing. So he forced her to sing day and night continuously even in rainy weather which was not suitable for her singing. He went on making her fool like this. And when she was not able to sing properly he scolded her or told her to sing loudly as he was not able to get as more money as he was getting before.

The frog considered himself as the best singer of the bingle bog. But the creatures hated him. when the Nightingale became popular among the creatures of the bog, the frog, out of jealousy tried to bring her down in the eyes of the creatures. He was very rude and strict towards the Nightingale.
