Advantages:
(i) you've got equal right there.
(ii) Like everyone's vote, your vote is given same value.
(iii) No one can force you to change your decision.
(iv) Government can't do everything as it's power is imited.
(v)There is an equal chance of faliure of the government if it doesn't works properly.
Disadvantages:
(i) There are no moral values within politicians.
(ii) There is lot of corruption.
(iii) It takes long time make a law or come to a decision.
(iv) There is contineous change in leaders so it is unstable form of government .
