Subject: Inadequate books in the library
This letter is to bring to your notice that there is an inadequacy of books in our school library. There is only one copy of some of the prescribed reference books for the twelfth graders. This creates a real problem especially when it comes to the months nearing examinations. These books are really expensive and beyond the budget for most of us. As this is a common problem and future students are also going to benefit from your approval to get more reference books, we request you to grant funds for the necessary.
