I request you to reconsider allowing me to write my Half Yearly exams. I am sorry that I did not do my assignments properly. I will take care not to be so careless hereafter. As you can see from my previous exam records, I have scored good marks in all my subjects. I hope you will take this factor into consideration and allow me to appear for my exams.

This is to request you to reconsider your decision about me, ABC of class, not sitting in the exam due to poor attendance.

I was really sick this year due to which I wasn’t able to attend the classes.

I have my medical reports as well that I am attaching with the application.

I will be really grateful if you can reconsider the decision as it can spoil my one year.
