Dear sir,

With due respect, I would like to state that I am writing this letter, to inform you about study tour. I am student of grade 9. I wish to request you to arrange a one day tour for class 9 to 10.It will be an educational trip and will help us to gain a better knowlege and understanding of things we study theoretically .It will also give the students and teachers a chance for recreation.

I am also asking you for reserving a bus from school and requesting you to come in this upcoming study tour.
