With due respect and humble submission, I would like to inform you that I am a student of class IX A of your school. I was absent in the school from the last 3 days, on account of my mother's illness, as there was no one to take care of her. My father was busy with his work in the office. Now, she is fine at all to take care of herself.
I was absent from 18th Oct' to 20th Oct', 20XX. I hope you'll kindly grant me leave of absence for those days.
