Unemployment is increasing day by day in India.It is seen that there are more than millions of students passing out every year and when the time comes for placement then only few students are getting job offers but that too outside their home town and ultimately the in hand salary gets much lower than expected.
It is becoming difficult to get jobs now a days.College admissions goes on promising to give jobs to the students but when it comes to placement we see the actual reality of the college and at that very moment they don't even look back to you and just deny what they promised.So in today's world everyone looks over their own business not the well being of the others.
now a days, unemployment has became a major problem/issue. Unemployment is said to exist when people are wants to do work at the going wages but could not find jobs .It is a blot on our Indian economy .It means in normal words 'No Employment ' .It is root of many other's problem's like poverty ,decrease in standard of the living etc.... In our country unemployment in rules and urban areas. However, the nature of unemployment differs in rural and urban area. In case of rural areas, there is Seasonal and Disguised unemployment . Urban areas have mostly educated unemployment. Surprising, despite the negative repercussion it has on the society .The problem of employment in the country has persisted since long. While the govt. has launched several programs for employment generation, desirable has not been achieved .The policy - makers creating more jobs
